1) How long does it take to process my order?
Usually 24-48 hours your order will be processed.
2) Once my order is processed how long will it take to ship my order?
Once your order is processed, you order will be shipped next business day.
3) How long does it usually take for me to receive my order once shipped?
Depending on what time of year it is and where you live most customers receive their orders within 2 weeks from ordering date, pending no items were on backorder.
4) How much does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs usually range from $6-$12 depending on the weight of your order and where in Canada you are having it shipped. International orders usually range from $10-$15 per order, again depending on weight and location of shipping address.
5) What is your refund and exchange policy?
You can view our refund and exchange policy on our website, under “Refund Policy”. Remember if you return an item, you need to have the original tags on garment, original packaging, garment not to be washed or worn and receipt.
6) Do you do embroidery?
Yes, we work with a local company to do all of our embroidery. Please place your order and then call us to discuss embroidering your item.
7) How are shipping cost calculated?
Our shopping cart automatically calculates the cost of your shipping based on the size and weight of your order.
8) How do I cancel an order?
Please call us immediately to cancel your order. If order has been processed and shipped, once you receive the item just write “RETURN TO SENDER ON THE PACKAGE” on the unopened package and it will be shipped back to us. Once the returned package is received your credit card will be refunded.
9) How do I know my order is secured when place online?
Our website uses GeoTrust Secure. It is the most secure form of internet security available on the internet today. As you input your information it is encoded into Scrubs Nursing Uniforms system via GEO TRUST. We are the only people able to view this information and we do not share your information with anyone but you!
10) How do I order a gift certificate?
We call them gift vouchers or coupons. Please call us to purchase a gift voucher and we will email you a gift voucher code to be used in our checkout. Also, we can email the gift voucher directly to the recipient, if needed.
11) How does the 'Refer a Friend' work?
If you refer a friend we will email you a purchase coupon to be used on you next purchase. You can refer up to 3 friends and one coupon can be used per purchase. Coupons amount vary on time of year and any promotions we have available.
12) Do you have sales representatives?
We do not at this time have independent sales representatives but, maybe in the future.
